I tried to buy a touch of darkness on my kindle app for my iphone but it won’t let me. it will only let me sample :( do you know the reason for this or if the book will ever become available on apple books?

Hmm. Sounds like you might be trying to buy it in the Amazon App. You should be able to download in a web browser?
