Hey Kathleen,
No, but I knew he had that name. When I get to writing Rowdy's book, I'll probably mention it in some way. I just loved the name, and after he became Rowdy Yates to me... I remembered why the name felt familiar. ;-)

I'm sure there will be reissues by Kensington and Berkley too, but I don't know about any of those this early. Since I'm currently writing for Harlequin, they keep me apprised of my entire schedule. ;-)
Thanks!
Johnna wrote: "I'm so excited! Love a great Lori Foster book also a great L.L. Foster book also:)"I soooo want to get back to the L.L. stories! I'm hoping I'll get to write a new one in the next year. I'm trying to build that into my writing schedule, but I'm staying so busy with romance (my bread and butter) that it isn't easy!
Hugs to you.

You've been on ..."I have the cover for "RUN THE RISK," but I can't share it yet. Soon, I hope! I like it, but the guy on the cover seems a little slicker, maybe more metro-sexual, than my other mega-Alpha hunks. He has a GREAT body, and he looks good, so I'm fine with it.
And I suppose it is good to keep a different "look" for each of the series, you know?
Can't wait to share! LOL
He's sexy... and I got the "hairy chest" I always request. LOL. That was my only complaint with the Buckhorn reissues - slick shaved or waxed chests. Yuck.

I love the hairy-chested guys, especially when there's a nice little happy trail that goes with it. ~~sigh~~
You probably already know that I have NO problem whatsoever, especially after the guys on the covers of the Men Who Walk The Edge of Honor series. Yum. And the Best book trailer video ever. Ever.So looking forward to your other stuff, Lori.
That new series sounds exciting - can't wait! Also glad to hear about the benefit books - I always look forward to those! Great reads for a great cause!
Sandy wrote: "I love the hairy-chested guys, especially when there's a nice little happy trail that goes with it. ~~sigh~~"Me too, Sandy! I don't mind if guys are naturally light on the chest hair, but a shaved or waxed chest, to me, is just not masculine. It took some doing, convincing the-powers-that-be that readers LIKE chest hair as much as I do. ;-)
LOL

Thanks Lisa. I think so too! LOVE that book trailer. LOL. Harlequin will be making a new book trailer for me with the new series - can't wait to see it and share it!
I'll have a new trailer for "A PERFECT STORM," too, but that's one I'm paying for, not a gift from my publisher. LOL

I *love* organizing the benefit books. The new June book will benefit the AAF - Animal Adoption Foundaiton - as a local no-kill animal shelter. It's a terrific place!
Have a wonderful day everyone.

Me too! They're shooting it this week. I'm using COS (Circle of Seven Productions) to create it. They always do great work for me. :-)
Suzy wrote: "The Heroes in My Head sounds like a good book title."Or change it a little to "The Heroes in My Bed." LOL.
The heroes in my head are driving me insane on a routine basis, each demanding that his book be next!
;-)
Lori
I like heroes Sam-I-Am, I like them in my head, I like them in my bed, i like them painted red. Oh i do like them Sam-I-Am
LOL. That's extra funny because of my absolute favorite heroes is Sam from "My House, My Rules." LOL;-)
This is so exciting!!!! I can't wait to read The Perfect Storm, but I know the new series will be just as great. All of your books are amazing and I have no doubt that I will quickly fall in love with these characters. Jackson Savor was definitely my favorite character so I hope to find one of those men is similar to him :)
I never know if a reader will consider a new character similar to a different character. LOL. But I do know that Logan is super sexy, if that helps. ;-)I've got my fingers and toes crossed that readers enjoy "A Perfect Storm," AND the new series launching this year. Hugs to all!
Am excited about a new series, and they will be sexy guys!I congratulate you on your new grand-son, pictures of him, he is so cute and looks like you just want to hug him, enjoy him. Thank you for your books. Agatha
Hi Agatha,Thank you. I hope readers enjoy the new series as much as I'm enjoying it! :-)
My new grandson is just toooo adorable! And even better is watching his 6yo brother with him. Cute, cute, cute!
Lori
As always, I'm on the edge of my frickin' seat! Can't wait for the new series! I'm starting MWWTEOH over again now so I can be all fresh for A Perfect Storm in April--plus, it'll keep me from bouncing off the walls waiting for it to hit stores lol!
can't wait for new Lori Foster books. As far as sooth versus hairy chests--Don't like shaved or waxed, but firmly believe that man was not meant to be a fur bearing animal. Too much is yuck.
Suzy wrote: "can't wait for new Lori Foster books. As far as sooth versus hairy chests--Don't like shaved or waxed, but firmly believe that man was not meant to be a fur bearing animal. I read a Catherine Coulter novel (loved it - good stuff!) where the hero was talking about his time in service, and he said a higher up was so hairy that "...the women could run their fingers through his hair and not stop until they reached the souls of his feet." LOL
I've always loved that line.
Hope you enjoy the new book!

Ah did you happen to envision Rowdy as Clint Eastwood's Rowdy Yates...if so.. you go girl...
