
In a landmark 6-3 ruling SCOTUS has just extended TITLE VII protections to cover discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
I wrote about this exact issue for the Penn Law Journal for Labor and Employment Law many (okay, many, many) years ago. So this has been too long in coming (and I want to read the actual opinion)—still, proof maybe that all hope is not lost. Happy, happy pride month everyone!
