Ryan’s first thought when he looked up, was that there had to be a fire nearby for the amount of smoke that was filling the House of Mirrors. His second was a reminder that both the door, and much of the roof were missing, so there was no real reason for him to be trapped. And the third came when his eyes adjusted to the dark, with the realization that there was a smoke-shaped hand creeping closer and closer towards his neck.
