Train Your Thoughts

If you tell yourself you can’t do something (eat healthy, get fit, accomplish a goal) it is very likely that you won’t. But if you believe you can, and then put some daily action with your belief…YOU WILL. When I found out I was pregnant with Tobias my first thought was actually, “I can’t do this!” The timing was not what I had planned and I was naturally fearful of this big change in our life.
