Intermittent fasting is fasting between your two meals. That means you give enough time to one meal to get digested by your system. It’s simple, it’s healthy, and it’s hygienic.
Avoid anything in between your two meals and make sure to eat when you are hungry.
You can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The point is, if you are hungry go for breakfast, and if you need it go for lunch, and the same applies to dinner. Don’t eat just because it’s time for the dinner.
