1) The Paradox of Habit (page 49)
Use thick paper or light cardboard.  Set your printer to print A4 portrait size.
This will print both sides of the paper.  Print the first page.  Then set it to print the reverse side.
It is important to set the paper correctly before printing its other side.  Turn the paper over so that
the edge AB will coincide with the edge AB on the other side, and the edge CD on the edge CD on the
other side.  Print and cut out the 3 cards.

2) I CAN’T (page 57)
Use normal A4 paper.  Set your printer to print landscape.

3) Bash The Block Now (page 65)
Use thick paper or light cardboard.  Set your printer to print A4 portrait size.  Cut out the 10 cards and
the instructions strip.

4) Creative Thinking Process (page 70)
Use thick paper or light cardboard.  Set your printer to print A4 portrait size.  Cut out the 6 cards.

5) The Trap-Door Card (page 133)
Use thick paper or light cardboard.  Set your printer to print A4 portrait size.  There are 2 Trap-Door cards.
Cut along the thick lines and crease both ways along the dotted lines.
