Consecration to Our Lady - AND Reparation for Sin!

As the Bishops of our nation set about to renew the consecration of our county to the Immaculate Virgin Mary, to bring about an end to the scourge of pestilence that is upon this world, it has been noted that there is a lack in one key element: a call to reparation, contrition, and penance.
