I have that book Circle of Seven: the Immortal King. Glad I got it when I did. Loved it. I didn't know a publisher had that power. I write for fun- also self publish and I do not consider myself an author by any means, I just have a hobby. Not sure I want anyone to have control over what I write, or how I put it "out there." If I am not mistaken don't the publishers pick the covers of the books too? Do you have any say in that process?

It's really a trade off when you decide whether you're going indie or traditional. Both have something to offer and both have challenges.
I hope to do both. If a traditional publisher doesn't want to publish my book then I'll self-publish.
What have you written? I'd love to know!

The other one I wrote was "Excuse my ill-humor, I learned it from you," AND I know it seems like I have a lot of time on my hands, but I really don't. I work full-time as a nurse here in PA. It was always a dream of mine to write and after some personal tragedy I decided to try it again. Without the encouragement of a wonderful lady I believe you know, I may never haver tried..I am sure if anyone read my books they would say, Oh Lord, keep nursing!!! Ha ha, I do it to keep busy and express myself. I love creating and telling stories. Getting lost there, sort of helps. Thank you for asking btw. Have a lovely night Sheila.
