‘Middleham Castle, 1482’ – a reading from ‘The Order of the White Boar’

Having finally resolved some technical issues, I’ve now posted the second in my brief readings from my books. This time, from the opening scene of Chapter 1 of The Order of the White Boar.

I hope this will become a regular thing during the coming weeks, especially during the UK lockdown. My plan next is to continue the reading from Chapter 1, in which of course Roger de Kynton (many readers’ favourite character) is introduced.

Not only will I be reading from The Order and The King’s Man, but also from other work, including, perhaps, my current work in progress, the third in the White Boar sequence, currently provisionally titled ‘King in Waiting’. All requests welcome!
