Daily Drivel – Snow

Hello! Todays word is snow and became a drabble.

It was odd to see the sky darkened by snow in the middle of summer, when earlier that day there hadnt even been a single cloud. Chris left the office early since hed not had a customer in since lunchtime, making through empty streets on his way home.

Snowflakes began to tickle at his hair and cheek. He brushed them away, only pausing to inspect one landing near the corner of his eye. Black, and crumbly, like no snow he had ever seen before....
