Thank you to everyone who visited me last weekend! This weekend, I'm continuing with a snippet from the third story in my Shifter Towers series, PIKA OMEGA PLUS ONE. It's an MM MPreg Shifter Romance. The story is available in both ebook and print.

Set-up: In last weekend's snippet, Milo went to Yoni's face painting station. Now, he must tell him that he was only holding a place for his nieces. Or not. (punctuation changed to fit the 10 sentence limit)


“Um….” I glanced back to look for my brother. “Um, mine?”

Yoni smiled again, his eyes so bright. “Okay, sit down and tell me what you want.”

Malone appeared with the girls, but there was no longer a line, and they went to another open face painter, leaving me with Yoni. Traitors.

“So, do you want a heart or a rainbow, maybe a flower, a skull? Those are the most popular today.” He held up a paper with several ideas on it.

My mate died in a horrible car crash the night after he claimed me. I didn’t know I was pregnant with his child until he was buried in the ground. Now, I want them to be mine and I have no desire to leave. But my time is drawing near. While I pray for some miracle to come along and let me stay, I must find a way to tell Milo I have to go.
