I found this scrawled on the brick wall of a local school, a plea facing the playground. I can’t tell if a parent wrote it, or a kid. Everyone’s feeling the strain right now. Be gentle with yourself, my best beloveds. It is, after all, the prerequisite for being gentle with others too.
