The world seems scary and upside down, but you are here, I am here, we are here. Read a book, watch a movie, write a story, draw something that is all the colors in one, dance to your favorite song, send lovely texts to your friends and family, call your loved ones, cuddle your pets, and reach out to others if you are stressed and worried.
