Mentorship requires consistency

I gave one of my mentors a gift during his wedding annivesary, and he said to me, ‘I love your consistency.’
I have followed him loyally for over 13 years. Many so called mentees fail because they are not loyal, they are full of ‘I know’, hence they cannot be corrected.
