Writer Peter Tomasi has come up with a great idea for an opposing force in this book, where the enemy seems to be largely immune to the Green Lantern ring powers. Their secret? They have very strong willpower. Since willpower is what GLs use to wield their green energy, you can see how that might be a problem! Guy Gardner and John Stewart are leading a group of GLs against this invading force, and are hard pressed. Reinforcements from Oa are ready to roll, and one Lantern has the power to get them there instantly, but at a high risk to himself.

Good writing on this title, I enjoyed every moment. The art by Geraldo Borges and Scott Hanna is fine as well. From action scenes to character moments, it all works.
