So what the heck ARE these things anyway

As I sit here taking a break from the WIP to review page proofs for an upcoming Harlequin anthology (Endless Summer, this July!), I realized that the pile of papers in front of me is referred to as an AA (I know this, b/c my editor told me she needed the AAs back by Monday).

I’ve been writing for Harlequin for ten years this June (gulp) and I just now realized that I have no idea what “AA” stands for.

Hmmm. Well, I guess ignorance is bliss!
