Testifying Against SOPA

I will be testifying next Wednesday against SOPA, reprising my concerns about its impact on implementation of new web security protocols.  I've blogged those concerns here and here. The hearings are being held by Darrell Issa (R-CA), chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, who is troubled by the Judiciary Committee's determination to take SOPA to the floor without hearing from witnesses on this issue.
