Great explanation :) Plus as someone who needs to use Audible, I have to deal with all the things the people who primarily use kindle complain about all the time, it's nice to have things the other way around for a change. That being said Khristine Hvam who narrates Junkyard Cats is one of the narrators who convinced me that having to changed to audio, could actually be an improvement and I would recommend that anyone who doesn't want to wait, at least give it a try.

Sometimes questions just give me a window to view the significant differences between individuals. For instance, I'm the person who is not likely to attend an author book signing. This is not because I am uninterested in meeting the author - quite the reverse. However, I am only interested in meeting an author in the same manner I would meet other people - in a social situation where we can talk about whatever interests us, kids, grandkids, how hard/easy our last workday was, life lessons learned, frustrations - you know, real things people talk about.
I've never had the opportunity to meet (and I mean significantly meet, not just "here's your signed copy, I'm so glad you enjoy my books," but really meet) any of my favorite authors in a social situation, more's the pity. And it isn't likely that I will have such a chance unless one lives in or near my town.
And since I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere, there aren't going to be any authors coming to do a book signing near me, LOL!
I promise I'll never harangue you about that online. Nor, most likely, about anything else.
If I don't like something in one of your books, you aren't going to hear it from me. The way I see it, your book is YOUR art, and the way it is is the way it is supposed to be. I get to ether like it or not, and if I don't, I don't really want you to know that, because it is not kind nor is it necessary.
When it comes to books, I rarely do a review that is overall negative.
As one human being to another, I want you to be happy with producing your art, and I know you will be able to see how happy others are by whether or not people keep buying your books.
I will tell you when I like your books, because I know it would feel good knowing that people liked my art. (I'm a painter, so this is something I have experienced.)
This particular article was quite interesting because it gives me a look at what others will say to an author online. In this case, may I say that I am glad I was raised to be a little more polite than that!
Wishing you well as always, and also as always, very much enjoying your books, however you publish them.
