We are still fresh into the new year and now my job is kicking into higher gear. For those who don’t know, I work in the accounting field. I’m not a CPA, but there are other items that occur only at year-end (like 1099’s) that need to be done and are a big time commitment.

In other news, medically I’ve filled up about the first four months of the year with some sort of appointment or the other. Eyes, GP, ears…oy. The list could be huge given the gamut of specialists out there. Luckily, I don’t need that many. (yet).

Drumming is a workout for my arms and my recently-wounded shoulder. I take it a little easy when going after the floor tom or ride cymbal, but so far so good.
