Gentle Savior + Mighty Sword

Drop down dew, ye heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain down the Just One!Open, O earth, and bring forth the Savior!

These are the words which the Church called out as we passed through the season of Advent.  In our commemorative longing for the Messiah to be born, and in our longing for Him to descend more deeply into our souls, and in our looking forward to His return in glory, we dwelt upon these words of the prophet Isaiah.
