The lovely @thegreatgherkin87 tagged me in a Thing, and I’m quite often obedient to doing Things I’ve Been Tagged In, so here goes!

Rules: Tag 9 people you’d like to get to know better!

Top 3 ships: Johnlock… uh… I know that other people successfully ship multiple ships at the same time, but I’m very singular in my focus.

Last song: That I listened to on purpose? Probably would have been Queen’s Don’t stop me now, which was the last thing to pop up on my workout (cardio) playlist earlier. At the dinner party I was at, the last thing we listened to was Buxtehude’s Magnificat

Lipstick or chapstick: Both, though I only wear lipstick sometimes, whereas I’m horrendously addicted to my chapstick. Blistex lip medex, the blue one. Sweet crack. Lol.

Last movie: I’ve actually seen a heap of movies recently, both old and new! On Boxing Day, my bestie and I went to see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, then went back to his place and watched Mulan, which he’d never seen. On the 29th, as part of my birthday festivities (my bday is the 30th), we rewatched Star Wars: A New Hope, then went and saw Bombshell, and then on the 30th, we went to see Knives Out. The last one was the best. :)

Reading: I’m actually reading multiple books, and surprisingly they’re actually ALL non-fiction! I’m reading: Syria: The Making and Unmaking of a Refuge State by Dawn Chatty, A Shameful Act: The Armenian Genocide and the Question of Turkish Responsibility by Taner Akçam, and The Body: A Guide for Occupants by Bill Bryson. The first two, I’m reading specifically for (and at) work, though I chose both topics and the specific books, and the third was a Christmas gift. If you haven’t read anything by Bill Bryson, do yourselves a favour and DO! His travel books are so hilarious that they’re dangerous to read in public, and then he branched out into other topics like the development of the English language, the history of the entire universe, a history of human domestic life, and now I’m plunging into his study of the human body. It’s super interesting so far! :)

I’m tagging: as per my usual method, because I know and like way too many of you to be able to just choose, so I’m going with nine of you who recently appeared in my activity list. Lol. You are: @221brie, @johntrashwatson, @eternalhale, @bakingsherlycakes, @totallysilvergirl, @polkaretto, @thewhippedcreamhand, @stripedsilverfeline, and @savage-pineapples. Just if you want to! :)
