Sadly, I haven't had a whole lot of time to read this year. Stepping out of my box writing-wise has kicked my ass, and I've found myself rereading a lot of old favorites. So I'm doing a year in review instead of my usual bi-annual roundup.
Veils—Killers #4 by Brynne Asher read 11/1 5 stars. Oh, so good. My second favorite of the series after Gifts.
New York to Dallas by JD Robb read 11/18. 5 star. A very emotional Eve and Roarke story.
The Crossfire Series by Silvia Day read June. 5 star. Late to the party with this series, and boy am I sorry I hadn't read it sooner.
Broken Halo by Brynne Asher read 6/11. 5 star. Second book in the Montgomery series and just as good as the first.
Mr. Beautiful by RK Lilley read 5/26. 5 star. Not sure why I waited so long to read this. Up in the Air is one of my favorite series.
Rescue Me by Heather R Blair read 5/17. 5 star. Must read Novella from the Special Forces: Operation Alpha world.
Fifty Shades of Grey series read May. 4 stars for series. I'm very late to this party. Loved the first book more than the second and third.
More Than Enough by ML Rodriguez read 4/28. 5 star. Really loved this novella.
Until the Tequila by Brynne Asher read 4/16. 5 star. Great novella from the Happily Ever Alpha world.
Until Mayhem by Layla Frost read 4/16. 5 star. Loved this Happily Ever Alpha novella.
Stoned by Layla Frost read 2/12. 5 stars. Loving The Four series!
Verity by Colleen Hoover read 2/2 5 stars. Not a romance but a hell of a good thriller.
The Kiss Theif by LJ Shen read 1/21. 5 stars. Loved this book.
Shiver by Suzanne Wright read 1/11. 5 stars. Her contemporary books are just as good as her PNRs.
A Curious Twist of Lime by Heather R Blair read 1/9. 5 stars. Last of the Toil and Trouble series. I was sad to see it end. So good.
Happy New Year, everyone and Happy Reading!
