I'd know it backwards
wear the path thin,
crypt and stone like sentries
I the haunted, haunting
hallowed places.
Do not go,
not while I
stay.
Cemetery man
I would become,
hermit in the
shadow of headstone
and moss.
Those footprints would be
mine, until I sank
beneath the soil
and joined you.
