The Freedom of Letting Go

I’m evaluating 2019 a little differently. It’s been a year of self-reflection and inner work. Normally when I evaluate a year, I look at what I’ve accomplished. This year, my biggest accomplishment has been letting go. Here are a few things I’ve released this year:
