Emily I enjoyed your blog post. I have gone through a fairly similar transition in the past few years. I eat more delicious foods that I really enjoy, and I feel less guilt. I couldn't get away with this if I weren't so physically active, but since I am, I feel free to enjoy! Glad you are doing the same. I still generally eat a very healthy diet 95% of the time, but if I want something yummy but unhealthy, I enjoy it and don't guilt out over it.

Pam Awesome!! Thanks for sharing this. It's funny/sad that for so many of us it's normal to feel like certain foods are "bad" or guilt-inducing.
