Beginning 2012

Ahh, this year is brought in by gloomy clouds,
showers of rain and dark skies
as though there is impending doom.
But to me,
it's more of a time for cleansing.
Spring cleaning.
Renewal.
Being creative
about the life
that we lead.
About the things
that we want.
About being
true.
The sun may be hidden
in the dark overcast
but it's waiting
for the right time
