I live outside of the US and I managed to find the book for purchase on amazon US but they don't offer kindle purchase for the book?

It should be available. Can you troubleshoot for me? If you narrow your search to just the kindle store can you find it?

We are working on getting ATOD on other platforms, but this probably won’t be until the new year.
