At the tail end of the 2018 holiday season I discovered this festive little alcoholic concoction. It was love at first sip. Be warned, it's sweet
and potent.
Gingerbread Martini (as served at the Outback)
Ingredients1 oz. vodka (use vanilla vodka if you like extra sweetness)1/2 oz. Kahlua1/2 oz.Bailey’s Irish Cream1/2 oz. gingerbread syrup1 oz. ice milk or ice cream (I use the Talenti Madagascar Vanilla gelato)
PreparationMix all ingredient in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with crushed graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a gingerbread cookie. (Those tiny gingery iced ones from Trader Joe's are perfect)!
