The master principal

I remember, surely,

the old principal.

You could hear him, breathing.

It was class, number 4.

No problem, when 5 follows my rule.

The principal had one element,

of water by my dictionary wizard.

You name, you spell, you call it.

This principle was carried

further more by one Earthquake!
