[image error]It’s Thanksgiving week here in the U.S., with the official holiday this Thursday. To celebrate, I thought I’d share the links to my posts on life in Colonial Massachusetts. True, the Salem Witch Trials occurred in 1692, while the settlers we celebrate on Thanksgiving arrived earlier that century. True, most of what we know about “the first Thanksgiving” isn’t correct. Even so, the day can be meaningful if we take time away from the insanity to focus on what we have to be thankful for.
Enjoy the posts. Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends.
