First thing I see on my whatsapp this morning is a message from our good friend Anton, himself a real winner in this cancer journey, saying “Haikaa, you gotta go running or swimming to transform those heavy thoughts and emotions.” So I just that and it feels good. A primeira coisa que eu vi no whats hoje de manhã foi um recado do nosso amigo Anton, também um grande guerreiro e vencedor dessa experiência de vida chamada câncer, dizendo “Haikaa, você tem que correr ou nadar para transformar essas emoções e pensamentos mais densos”.
