all that cover up and bother⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’ll fuss with and fumble⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

through to make a pile⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

at the foot of the bed?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What’s under that under,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

that menagerie of a mess of skin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

and pieces hidden and taboo⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

for the prudish and proper,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

the untouched but waiting?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’ll be here, near, thoughts sinking⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

from over to under to under⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

even that. I’ll soak into⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

the bare of you, right below⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

all you wear to separate you⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

from the rest of all this.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
