ZUMBA


Okay, so this past week Sonya and I were introduced to something new…Zumba. All right, it’s not really new, but it’s new to me. Let me tell you, I’m addicted after two classes. What is Zumba? … Well, it’s a workout that is more like a Latin party. You are constantly moving for an hour (maybe a little more). Your arms are flailing in the air, booty shaking left to right and your heart pumping out of your chest.

Angie, the instructor, has a very inspirational story, lost a hundred pounds in less than a year. She went from a size 22w to a 10. If that isn’t inspiring, I don’t know what is. Even if I only lose a fraction of what she did, I’ll be at my pre-pregnancy weight. I guess time will only tell. Keep watching for a post with my success story.
