One week until LEGACY!

I can’t believe we’re so close to launch time–where has this year gone??? And I realized that while I’ve posted all of this information on my social media and in my newsletter, I figured it might be good to put it all in one place so you can take advantage of all the awesome things going on for LEGACY.

I know it’s been a little more confusing this year, since there are several different versions of LEGACY. So I’ve put together a quick summary of what they all are.

The US first printing of LEGACY: 

A limited, special edition of the book, available from all retailers in the US and Canada while supplies last (pre-ordering is a good idea if you want to make sure you get one). Includes the text of LEGACY, along with the illustrated endpapers and the bonus story in Tam’s POV.

The Barnes & Noble Exclusive edition of LEGACY:

Available ONLY from Barnes and Noble, while supplies last (again, pre-ordering is a good idea).Includes the text of LEGACY, along with the illustrated endpapers and the bonus story in Tam’s POV–AND a special bonus annotated scene from an earlier draft of LEGACY, showing notes from me, my assistant editor, and my editor, discussing the revision process for the scene.

The Changing Hands Gift With Purchase:

Technically, this is the same version of LEGACY as the US first printing (meaning it will come with the text of LEGACY, the bonus Tam scene, and the illustrated endpapers) but it will also be a signed book (which can also be personalized) and will come with three additional swaggish goodies–the same goodies given out at the Upland Launch Party and the Changing Hands event. All future US Printings of LEGACY:

This version of LEGACY technically isn’t on sale yet–and won’t go on sale until the first printing sells out. It will contain the text of LEGACY and NOT the illustrated endpapers or the Tam story. So if you want those features, get yourself a copy of LEGACY as soon as possible.

Phew–I think that’s everything!

But it’s always a good idea to follow me on social media, because if anything new comes up, that’s where I post about it first. And I want to add my heartfelt thanks to all of you for your enthusiasm and support for this series. It’s been a very chaotic for me with some rather stressful “life stuff” in it, and I’ll admit–there were times when I wasn’t sure if I would finish LEGACY in time. But I didn’t want to let you guys down, so I dug deep and pushed through and here we are–and I have to say: I love this book so much. I’m very much hoping you will too. I can’t WAIT for you guys to read. And I can’t wait to meet some of you when I’m out on tour. You guys make this job worth doing–thank you for being awesome.
