The Persistence of Madeleine L’Engle

When a writer succeeds, especially at the level Madeleine L’Engle achieved with her novel A Wrinkle in Time, it’s easy to forget how long the road may have been for that writer to get there. On this morning’s walk, I share what I learned when I dove into L’Engle’s memoirs/journals and discovered hers was a path strewn with frustration. How she responded will inspire me forever.

Your Morning Walk with Sophfronia is a YouTube series appearing weekly.

The live Zoom video conferencing meeting I mention in the video happens tomorrow October 26 at 12pm ET. Here’s the link to register:  https://zoom.us/meeting/register/1a3016703c2046b7cde7dc3c8da9331e
Can’t wait to see you!

Until then, be well and keep writing!
