Judging
Judging others eliminates from the start any possibility of mutual dialogue and communication. Judging is like saying “I know who you are, so I don’t need to ask you, but since you don’t know or pretend you don’t know or in order for everybody to know it, I am going to tell you or everyone”.
Some people feel that by judging they perform a social service. They condemn, judge and criticize others so effectively that they become very popular. In this way they provide already made judgments that large numbers of people can in turn employ.
Judgment is an attack, which is generally answered with a defense or counterattack. This is what is generally meant by communication, democracy, freedom of speech: all sides can attack, offend and judge each other. When there is censorship and dictatorship only one side is allowed to do so.

Its present form is the result of research done by Franco Santoro since 1976, and integrates teachings from many traditions and experience gained within the Findhorn Foundation.
The basic intent of this work is to enable individuals and groups to establish connections with multidimensional sources of healing, releasing perceptions based on separation and moving towards harmony.
