Ship Figurehead In The Old Port

In a touristy area of old Quebec there stands an old, wooden ship’s figurehead.  It’s mounted on a pedestal that angles it just as if it were on a ship and below it is a very shallow water feature that, I think, is supposed to look like waves.  I drew it.  Not much more to say about it than that
