The Fine Line between Smart and Stupid is The Age

Nada, my one-year-old daughter, scooped food in the bowl to the floor. Her mother shook her head and said, "Smart girl."

I imagine 20 years later she does the same thing in front of her mother. What would her mother say?

Why does everything that a child doing considered smart, while the same thing but adults doing considered dumb?
