A ‘Leading with Honor’ FAQ – “Besides the foundations of character, courage, and commitment in leadership, what else should successful leaders be thinking about?”

Lee Ellis’ Answer – “You can’t do this alone. It’s too difficult. You need encouragement. You need people who will say, ‘Well, why would you want to do that?’ I could have a good idea, but I’m too emotionally involved in it. I need someone I can bounce this off of, to fight as a team. My wife provides that, a couple of my best friends, my professional peers. I have these different relationships that I can call on, and I’m not too proud to call on them. Going back to the healthy part – I think the healthy part of a good leader is to be confident yet humble.”
