HI John, the post referred to is one in a series I'm doing on my blog. If you visit the page you'll see more. But I've tended to use my own examples. If you want quotes from master writers, the best way is to 'Google' a query relating to onomatopoeia and include either 'masters' or a specific name and see what comes up. Good luck!
