Bill Gates is right about the skills and the food. When a crisis at a local high school happened a couple of years back, here, in a safe, boring Canadian city...teachers responded by asking for food for the kids! Apparently nothing combats violence like education and nothing helps education as much as security and food! Cooking knowledge, good food choices and actual food, now thats preparation for success! Should we need a billionaire to point out this success story? Maybe not, but... Apparently we do. Love it.
