Just an extra little tidbit relating to the Oklahoma Tradition of Fictioneering.
The last book I learned about in my reading was one called The Only Two Ways to Write a Story by John Gallishaw. Other than influencing Walter S. Campbell, I learned that it influenced science fiction pulpeteer A. E. Van Vogt.
