The training can start at any time and is largely customized and tailored to the needs and circumstances of life of each participant. Each training usually begins with an individual session. Later a gradual program can be defined, in the short, medium or long term. The shortest and simplest form lasts two months and consists of three individual sessions, while other forms involve longer times, along with remote or residential sessions and / or seminars, online courses and teaching material.
