Where the Heck are the Reviews?

Let me start with a quick apology to anyone that is waiting on a review they had requested. With the November Nano madness, I didn't get much reading done last month. But, I am back to a rather normal existence, or at least as normal as it gets for me, so the reviews will start coming again.
