Elizabeth Wilkerson is a cyber-lawyer turned novelist. She writes Afro-Futurist thrillers. She is not only smart (Harvard & Stanford) , but she has lived and worrked abroad. While in Japan practicing securities law, she  founded an cultural exchange organization that presented African-American culture to Japanese audiences. Her novel Tokyo Firewall has an addictive trailer. Serious, I’ve watched it a bunch. It might be the kodo drumming. Whatever it is I’m excited to read Tokyo Firewall.
