Jumping backwards from a full squat thrust position can add not only core strength but also cardiovascular benefits. Add the push ups and you have it a phenomenal full body workout and lets not forget the brain as well!
From a full squat thrust position with hands down on the floor wi shoulder width jump backwards extending your legs completely and maintaining a proper posture alignment.
