An obscure kaleidoscope

“If I should obscure the fortune of faith

by one woman of minority; why should

deportation be the last answer?”

I knew, she was looking at me,

all the time. I had to be an example

in her eyes.

She had those small hands, arms

and soft, sweet smile of a girl,

otherwise compared

to my inner character.

I saw, already.

The moment, she left town,

she left me,

but it would not have made

a difference.

The point is an everlasting remembrance,

how she always was, tried to be

the bravest, small as she was.
