Fic’s at 67,900 words! One day, I’ll stop having something after work every bloody day… looking forward to carrying on with the scene I’m too sleepy to finish right now tomorrow afternoon, though! I should have a good bit of time in there. :) 

The beast is closing in on 70k words now, and I just did a CHUNK of editing work on the earlier parts, including the inevitable (gah!) dividing of the thing into chapters, at least up to where I’ve edited. I loathe having my stories split up, lol, but it’s my grudging agreement to (generally, at least) divide the thing if it’s over 40K, so… yeah. This time I’m getting fancy about it: there will be both parts and chapters within those parts! I don’t know at this point how many parts or chapters there will be. It’s an endless adventure, lol! Either way, progress is being made!
