A tiny twinkly light

I said, a question.

No answer, arrived.

Minutes remained in silence,

clouds were getting, out my way.

I do not think, she knew exactly

what was in my mind, that moment.

It did not have to.

All those years,

I could not share,

or say.

It had to be that way.

A small light was

on the street; I saw it then.

Welcomed, by four warm arms.

I was able to stand above

an old, older time.

I do not think, it was given.
